Terry Hayes

Image
I chose to talk about this painting by Terry Hayes becuase this one was one that showed many different aspects. In cases the floating items can be represented as smoke clouds as the small waves on the bottom of the painting can be seen as the fire. The physical trees are the only surviving ones and can be memorials as to what couldve been. I very much enjoyed looking at his paintings in the exhibit and hope to see it again soon.

Aesthetic Philosophy Photos

Image
This comes to me as Avante Garde philosophy because of it was made. It came to as a random item in between the two trees and I found its making unique.  This shows realism. Although it is from a fake flower I found its simplicity as real as can be.  Can be seen as Plato Philosophy.  This picture represents naturalism and the way nature is perceived. The picture shows the leaves and the grass mixed from the twigs falling from the tree and the grass growing from the ground. This is probably my personal favorite just because I like the repetition of color and shapes in the rocks.
